Our healthcare employees are experienced, and dependable Registered Nurses, (RN’s), Licensed Practical Nurses, (LPN’s), Certified Nursing Assistants, (CNA’s) Direct Care Professionals (DCP's), Certified Home Health Aids (CHHA's), Behavioral Health Care technicians (BHT's), Mental Health Technicians (MHT's), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA's), that are ready to pick up relief shifts, per diem shifts, assignments shifts and ongoing assignments, at our clients' facilities throughout Massachusetts.

We require all our healthcare employees to have their updated TB Testing and Results, or Chest X-ray, Hepatitis B Testing Results, Immunizations Summary Report, COVID vaccinations, and Annual Physical Exam (fit test for work) before they begin picking up shifts or assignments at our client’s facilities, per Massachusetts Laws and guidelines. (We may require additional information depending on the request per our client's needs.)

Our healthcare professionals are hired per diem based, blocked-book schedule based, or short term assignment based and long-term assignments.
Heart To Heart Healthcare Staffing Firm, LLC hold our healthcare professional employees accountable to work the scheduled shifts and assignments that they chose. We hold ourselves and employees accountable to work with integrity. Upon completion of the onboarding paperwork, satisfactory background check, and reference verifications our healthcare professional employees will be eligible to pick up relief, per-diem shifts, ongoing shifts, assignments, and ongoing assignments based on our client’s needs throughout Massachusetts.
