We are not a head-hunting company, we are a professional healthcare staffing firm that hire experienced, and dependable healthcare professionals such as: Caregivers (CG’s), Direct Care Professionals (DCP's), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's), Certified Home Health Aids (CHHA's), Behavioral Health Care technicians (BHT's), Mental Health Technicians (MHT's), Personal Care Assistants (PCA's), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's), and Registered Nurses (RN's) to work relief- per diem shifts, and assignments at our clients' facilities throughout Massachusetts.

We conduct all state, federal, and local mandated background checks including:

• CORI’s, SORI’s, ESORI’S

• Mandated Reporting Training

• State National Criminal Background Checks

• DDS Fingerprinting Check (IdentoGO)

• DDS Fingerprinting Suitable Letters

• RMV checks

• OIG Exclusions

• DPPC Abuser Registry Checks

• Verification of licenses, certifications

• Education

• Reference Background Checks

We require all staff to have TB Testing and Results, or Chest X-ray, Hepatitis B Testing Results, Immunizations Summary Report, COVID vaccinations, and Annual Physical Exam (fit test for work) before they work any shifts for any of our client’s programs per Massachusetts Laws and guidelines. (We may require additional information depending on the request per our client's needs.)

Our healthcare professionals are hired per diem based, blocked-book schedule based, or contract-to hire client option based. Heart To Heart Healthcare Staffing Firm, LLC hold our healthcare professionals accountable to work the scheduled shifts they chose. We hold ourselves and employees accountable to work with integrity.

Upon completion of the onboarding paperwork, satisfactory background check, and reference verifications our healthcare professionals will be eligible to pick up shifts and ongoing relief assignments based on our client’s needs throughout Massachusetts.
