EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FOR RELIEF, PER-DIEM SHIFTS/ASSIGNMENTS

Heart To Heart Healthcare Staffing Firm, LLC offers competitive hourly pay rates better than some competitors offer for similar positions. This means that our Competitive relief, per diem hourly pay rates, are equal to or above the market rate for a given position, geographic, or industry within Massachusetts.

HOLIDAY PAY - PAID TIME AND A HALF HOLIDAY BENEFITS

An employee is entitled to time and ½  for the hours or shifts that the employee worked based on the specific holidays listed: New Year's Eve evening or overnight, New Year's Day, President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, June 19th (JUNETEENTH), July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve evening or overnight shift, or Christmas Day (employee must work on the selected holidays to receive their time and a-half holiday pay) 

SICK TIME PAY -EARNED SICK TIME BENEFIT

Sick Time-Earned Sick Time for Healthcare Professional Employees’ Sick Time Accrues 1 hour for every 30 worked hours. (Sick Time will automatically accrue based on the hours our employees work). Employees can accrue Sick Time up to 40 Sick Time hours per year. Employees can roll over their Sick Time into the following year up to 40 Sick Time Hours. Employee Verification Regarding Authorization Use of Earned Sick Time Form needs to be completed and returned for processing. (for accrued sick time)

OVERTIME PAY-BENEFITS 

Generally, employees who work more than 40 hours in a week must be paid overtime. Overtime pay is at least 1.5 x the regular rate of pay for each hour worked over 40 hours in a week. For some employees who get paid the; service rate,” the overtime is 1.5 x the basic minimum wage, not the service rate. Exception, Under state law, some jobs and workplaces are except from overtime. MILEAGE PAY BENEFIT

Mileage Pay Rate (65.5 cents for mile travel) FROM/TO healthcare applicants’ home/facility. Mileage begins after the 50-mile threshold has been met of travel FROM/TO healthcare applicants’ home/facility). For example, if an employee traveled 60.00 miles FROM/TO the healthcare applicant’s home/facility). Mileage Pay calculates 10.00 miles (multiplied by) 0.655 = $6.55  then $6.55 x 2 = $13.10 for the employees TO/From HOME/FACILITY. Mileage Pay will be processed on a biweekly basis, with your paychecks on your payroll pay dates. Mileage Expense Reports must be completed for mileage pay considerations and require our employees to meet over the 50-mile threshold before considerations TO/From your Home/Facility.

W2 EMPLOYEE - BENEFIT

A W2 employee is a worker who receives a W2 tax form from their employer. W2 employees are generally considered to be the most traditional form of employment. The total amount of income tax that was withheld from your wages, tips, and other compensation. Workers. Hence the name, "W2 employee."

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE/SHIFTS - BENEFIT

All Employees can select shifts or assignments around their active schedule. However, are required to work their elected shifts to meet company policy and our client's expectations. (All shifts/assignments are based on our clients' needs)

DIRECT DEPOSIT - BENEFIT

All our employees' Direct Deposit paychecks will be automatically deposited into their preferred checking or savings accounts ONLY by our payroll provider Paychex Inc. (no cash apps, or electronic card deposits, are permitted) TBD
